Lixin Marine & Offshore Services PTE. LTD. is seeking highly skilled Admin/HR Assistants to provide essential support across various departments in the company.

As an ideal candidate, you will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a key role in streamlining administrative operations and ensuring effective communication between departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to office and production teams, managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, maintaining filing systems, handling inventory tracking for office supplies and production materials, supporting documentation related to engineering production, assisting with procurement processes, coordinating with the engineering team, and performing general administrative duties.

You will be working as part of a team to ensure smooth workflow between office and production departments. The ideal candidate should have a minimum O-Level education or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, basic knowledge of office and production environments, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
