Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housing and Relocation Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing housing and relocation support services to Japanese companies and expatriates based in Singapore.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle corporate lease arrangements, conduct client needs assessments, and support the signing process. You will work closely with local operations teams to manage internal paperwork and serve as a primary liaison for Japanese clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, with Japanese language proficiency required to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with Japanese business culture is also essential to understand customer needs. Experience in B2B sales or dealing with corporate clients is preferred, along with business-level English proficiency for internal and external communication.

You will also assist Japanese expatriates and their families in searching for housing, manage paperwork, and support the signing process. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide housing and relocation support to Japanese companies and expatriates
  • Handle corporate lease arrangements for housing with Japanese companies
  • Conduct client needs assessments, prepare proposals and quotations, and support the signing process
  • Assist Japanese expatriates and their families in searching for housing
  • Work closely with local operations team to manage internal paperwork
  • Be the primary liaison for Japanese clients

Requirements

  • Japanese language proficiency is required to communicate with Japanese customers
  • Familiarity with Japanese business culture to understand customer needs
  • Experience in B2B sales or dealing with corporate clients is preferred
  • Business-level English proficiency for internal and external communication
  • Time management, pro-active and good personality

Working Arrangements

  • Work location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
