  • Manage incoming calls from guests and respond to their queries efficiently.\Component
  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel services and amenities.\Component
  • Handle guest complaints and report them to the supervisor.\Component
  • Maintain accurate records of all entries on traffic sheets.\Component
  • Report daily logbook entries.\Component
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the switchboard and handle any technical issues that may arise.\Component
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.\Component
  • Participate in emergency response teams and maintain detailed knowledge of fire, life, and safety systems.\Component
  • Perform administrative tasks as required by the supervisor.\Component

Requirements:

  • High school or vocational certificate in business management or equivalent.\Component
  • 1 year experience in customer service or switchboard operations.\Component
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.\Component
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Front Office System.\Component
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS and Infrasys POS is an advantage.\Component
