Job Title: Patient Service Associate, Telecommunications
Job Description

As a Patient Service Associate in the telecommunications sector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all incoming external and internal calls and Short Messaging Service (SMS) requests, which include mass SMS activation alerts during emergencies.

You will provide valuable information and answer queries regarding hospital facilities and services, catering to the diverse needs of patients and staff alike. Additionally, you will assist with the booking of local and international calls for staff and patients, aiming to ensure call service customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification with at least 2 years' experience in a call centre environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and communication skills
  • Able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including night duties
  • Basic PC knowledge is essential
  • Location: Bukit Merah
