**Make an Impact by**:
**Regional Technical - Network Cost Management**
1. Leverage Group synergies to achieve cost leadership for network solutions and products. Identify and drive cost management synergies across the network. 2. Support regional cost management request requests from Singtel Group and Associates, including undertaking price benchmarking and producing gap analysis reports for various Network domain. Monitor and quantify cost savings for the Group.
3. Provide support and guidance to Associates for network tenders and including tender evaluation (technical and commercial aspects)
4. Establish and share knowledge gained across various network products/solutions with Singtel Group and Associates to ensure future-proofing of near-term capital expenditures and optimization of network investments.
5. Provide technical and commercial support to Singtel International Group Business team for matters related to Associates.

**Regional Technical - Planning & Strategy (Program Office)**
1. Drive regional collaboration through a technical working group for Singtel Group & Associates 2. Develop and implement regional technical strategies, plans and initiatives.
3. Lead / manage cross-functional and regional technical programs from initiation to completion. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
4. Work effectively in a multi-cultural environment with diverse teams and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
5. Track network vendors spending across the Gorup, keep abreast of technology roadmap and vendor risk management.
6. Collaborate with Associates, Vendors, Bridge Alliance, GSMA, and industry experts i.e. on new and emerging technologies, technology trends, new products/solutions and regional initiatives.
7. Address Associates technical and operational support promptly and effectively.

**Skills for Success**:

- Possess Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics or Telecommunications.
- 10 -12 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on mobile network planning, project management and operations.
- Strong background in technical strategy, planning within the telecommunications industry
- Experience in network cost management and driving cost-saving initiatives.
- Exposure or experience in developing, managing, and evaluating the technical and commercial/ pricing aspects of RFP/Tender specifications.
- Experience in mobile network planning, and dimensioning as well as familiarity with vendor solutions, products, and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex programs
- Good understanding of the telecom operator's business situation, market trends, and industry dynamics.
- Willingness to travel to locations where our Singtel Group Associates operate, as needed.
