A well seasoned leader leading a team to build the technical backbone for the company's regional projects presence. Mandatory hands-on and highly experience IT Technical lead with good implementation of architect skills.

**Job Functions**
- Lead and manage the team to integrate and enhance existing or new projects using Scrum Methodology
- Work closely with local and regional teams to define the project roadmaps, architectural patterns and development practices, including dev ops
- Involve in project managers and business analysts meeting to ensure delivery excellence including quality and buudgeting
- Toroubleshoot and bug-fix production issues with regional support team
- Highly self-motivated to participate and coordinate planning sessions to provide timeline estimation for business prospect
- Always keeping up with technical standards and trends to maintain relevant in the current industry
- Traveling across SEA frequent thing

**Requirement**:

- Min 10 years working experience as Technical Lead with hands-on development
- Min 8 years experience in architectural design and solutions
- Min 8 years of experience in working with cross region teams
- Solid ability translate solutions into technical requirements that is ready for regional team for development
- Master level understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Guru level of cloud technologies and services (Dockers, EC2, EKS, ECS, K8S) as well as DevOps tools (GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Trello, Asana)
- Hands on complex DevOps operations such as writing CI/CD for development and production environment is a must
