Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit Associate Engineers to join their Engineering teams.

**Associate Engineer (Telecommunications)**

**Job Description:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for field work maintenance operations.

This includes maintenance of lines (VIP and VVIP) and co-ordination with various operation support units for prompt and first-time right service restoration.
- Manage a team to monitor, track, and assign trouble tickets to field staff, manage contractor and follow up on any escalation to resolve faults within targets.

3. Provide technical solutions on maintenance issue to other business unit and to customer, where applicable.
- Install and maintain of customer premise radio communication equipment to support radio voice service at offshore islands

5. Conduct training to staff to acquire technical knowledge for provision and maintenance of phone service as well as safety aspect.

6. Compile reports, charts, and graphs to describe, interpret and analyse findings of trouble tickets to assist in manpower planning, reduction of fault rate and operations improvements.

7. Prepare monthly statistic and report to supervisor/manager

8. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager
- Diploma in Engineering, preferable in Electrical/Electronics, info-Communications Technology or its equivalent.
- Possess strong customer service orientation and effective interpersonal skills.
- Good work attitude, teamwork, well organized and willing to learn.
- Able to handle work pressure well in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as MS Excel, Word, Access, Power Point and Project.
- Fresh graduates with a passion in Engineering are welcome to apply
