Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support within the logistics sector.
  • Address customer inquiries, manage orders, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding order updates, potential delays, and any arising issues.
  • Work alongside logistics and warehouse teams to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Handle customer grievances and escalate matters as required.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in logistics management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for the ongoing improvement of customer service functions.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the logistics or supply chain field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with the capability to manage inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of logistics management principles and practices.
