Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Health Champion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying prominent healthcare providers and introducing them to innovative solutions that amplify their reach and impact.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of how AI and digital tools are transforming healthcare, particularly in patient engagement and content personalization. They will also have the ability to influence without hard-selling and excel at stakeholder mapping, objection handling, and follow-through.

Our team is global, with members based in Singapore, India, and the US. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate effectively across time zones and travel to client locations, global demos, and health conferences (performance-based).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout & Discover: Identify prominent healthcare providers and clinics across specializations.
  • Engage & Influence: Introduce FlocCare solutions to medical stakeholders.
  • Qualify & Tailor: Understand clinical journeys and provider strengths to match them with the right content solutions.
  • Coordinate: Work with our pre-sales team to prep personalized demo journeys and onboarding decks.
  • Drive Rollout: Oversee the full journey from onboarding to content calendar deployment.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture provider insights and feed them into product, content, and growth teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • 2 years of experience in healthtech, hospital partnerships, pharma, insurance, or digital health.
  • Direct experience working with doctors, clinics, hospitals, or insurance providers.
  • Strong grasp of how AI and digital tools are transforming healthcare.
  • Ability to influence without hard-selling.
  • Skilled at stakeholder mapping, objection handling, and follow-through.
  • Able to work independently across time zones and collaborate with product, content, and tech teams.
