Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digitisation Specialist to support our ambitious digitisation initiative. This exciting opportunity is part of a large-scale project aimed at transforming our healthcare sector through digital means.
The successful candidate will lead daily operations, manage vendors, ensure quality control, and oversee metadata indexing and file organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating digitisation activities with internal teams and national stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely project delivery and maintaining quality standards.
Additionally, the Digitisation Specialist will be responsible for implementing an e-Registry system. This involves:
- Analysing current filing systems and developing digital file plans.
- Gathering user requirements and supporting system design.
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
In this role, you will also lead change management activities, including:
- Creating training content and delivering staff workshops.
- SUPPORTING internal communication and user onboarding.
- Guiding staff through the transition to digital systems.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in records management, digital transformation, or project coordination.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with quality assurance and risk management is desirable.
