Job Title: Administrative Support Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team in delivering quality care and support to our residents and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative tasks and wants to make a positive impact.
Responsibilities- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate data entry and retrieval in internal systems, ensuring timely updates to E-Bedstate in IRMS.
- Update residents' admission, discharge, and transfer records promptly.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare billing for medical, transport, and other support services efficiently.
- Schedule staff appointments and support meeting arrangements as needed.
- Communication:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, providing courteous and clear communication in English.
- Handle phone/email enquiries and direct messages appropriately.
- Education: GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; relevant administrative or healthcare certification is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in healthcare.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems; strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Critical Core Skills: Adaptability, Communication, Collaboration, Influence, Decision Making.
