Multifaceted Community Building Professional

A multifaceted Community Manager is required to create an inclusive and collaborative community.
The day-to-day activities involve checking in guests, recommending must-visit places, replacing light bulbs, and ending with social interactions with guests in our communal spaces.
Responsibilities:- Guest Well-being
- Assist residents with check-in via mobile app or kiosk.
- Encourage members to download the Discover app to explore and interact with the community.
- Explore app functions with residents, including mobile key, messaging Guards, making ancillary purchases if available, and handling guest queries.
- Facilitate communication and requests.
- Operational Efficiency
- Monitor room availability using the hotel's property management system (PMS).
- Ensure processes adhere to corporate guidelines.
- Perform book-keeping activities whenever necessary.
- Assist housekeeping with regular rounds to ensure cleanliness of the property, especially communal spaces.
- Handle walk-ins, emails, and phone inquiries.
- Execute light housekeeping/engineering duties and liaise with outsourced contractors for cleaning and maintenance when required.
- Community Creation
- Notice guest preferences and manage profiles.
- Assist the Ambassador of Buzz in curating an event calendar for in-house guests and executing community initiatives.
- Proactively interact with guests to obtain constructive recommendations that enhance stay experience.
