Key Responsibilities

  • Translate global strategies into localized programs that improve the scale, quality, and diversity of our talent pipeline.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other team members to ensure hiring needs align with global strategies.
  • Build inventive programs that engage, pipeline, and attract outstanding talent through non-traditional pathways.
  • Partner with colleges and institutions to specialize education crafted to develop specific career skills, focusing on diverse emerging talent and shortening the pathway into employment.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Proven experience in program/process management within the HR/Talent Acquisition field is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes, technologies, and recruitment marketing is important for success in this role.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and agility skills are necessary for collaboration with individuals at all levels of the organization.
