Job Title: Business Contracts and Bidding Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Contracts and Bidding Administrator to join our team at OCD HANDS PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track prospective projects and consultancy contracts on government and other websites, ensuring timely submission of tenders.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, analyzing documents to assess suitability and compliance with requirements.
  • Identify and engage qualified consultants for joint-participation in multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Collate and verify documents from consultants, ensuring completeness and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit tender documentation, including fee/service proposals and professional licenses.
  • Provide administrative support for ISO audits, general administration, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
  • Manage the Apex system, updating staff particulars, setting up projects, and maintaining contact details.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Knowledge of procurement and contract administration processes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Working Hours and Location:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, Singapore, Chinatown.
