Guest Experience Ambassador

We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador. This role is responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience at our restaurant.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will manage reservations through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.

You will work closely with the Front of House team to ensure that menus are changed according to lunch or dinner service and that they are up to date and presentable.

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will address guests by name, recognize any special occasions or dietary requirements mentioned, and pass on the information to your teammates for a personalized guest experience.

You will also be expected to keep up-to-date with our product knowledge/seasonal produce and have the ability to confidently answer guests' questions over phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations and communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge/seasonal produce and be able to answer guests' questions
  • Address guests by name and recognize special occasions or dietary requirements
  • Pass on guest information to teammates for a personalized experience
