Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on suitable jewelry for milestone occasions using in-depth knowledge of gems and design
  • Engage clients in insightful conversations to help them discover what they didn't know they needed
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to create win-win solutions for both clients and your company
  • Create exceptional customer experiences that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Build and maintain a client portfolio to proactively achieve sales targets
  • Manage client design orders and follow-ups with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock is well-presented
  • Design visually appealing displays that elevate the brand experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
