We are a fine jewelry brand specializing in custom-made diamond rings, wedding bands, and bespoke pieces.

The Role

A warm, detail-oriented professional will welcome clients during consultations and ensure every piece meets our standards before it reaches the customer.

  • Welcome clients for appointment-based consultations and guide them through design and customization options.
  • Assist customers in selecting diamonds, metals, and styles that fit their needs and budget.
  • Handle order processing, perform quality control checks, and prepare items for delivery.
  • Support operational tasks, including coordinating sales campaigns, events, and follow-up communications.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, showroom preparation, and inquiries.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure every client enjoys a smooth experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer-first mindset - warm, approachable, and able to build trust easily.
  • Organized & detail-focused - great at spotting details during QC and keeping operations smooth.
  • Clear communicator - fluent in English (Mandarin or Malay a plus).
  • Tech-comfortable - basic computer skills; training provided for our systems.
  • Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required - full training will be provided.
