Diamond Specialist Role

As a Diamond Specialist, you will be working in a retail environment selling high-end diamond jewelry. You will be responsible for creating awareness about the diamond industry among clients and assisting them in choosing their ring designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create client awareness about the diamond industry through 1.5-2 hour educational sessions.
  • Assist clients in selecting ring designs and providing customization options.
  • Deliver product demos to clients throughout the first three months of employment.
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing product developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience, including managing diamond delivery timelines and following up on client enquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of experience in high-end retail.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $3800 - $4500.
