Jewellery Retail Associate (Diamond Specialists)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team of Diamond Specialists. As a Jewellery Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in creating awareness about the diamond retail industry through education sessions for clients. You will also assist clients in choosing their ring designs and provide guidance on customization options.

  • Deliver high-quality product demos to clients throughout the first three months.
  • Stay updated on ongoing product developments.
  • Ensure smooth client flow, including timely delivery, customized designs, and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and ushering clients, assisting with collections, and handling various interactions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least one year of experience in high-end retail and be able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
