Job Title: Sales Consultant - Fine Jewelry

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team in Singapore. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

About the Role:
  • Welcome clients for appointment-based consultations and guide them through fine jewelry customization options.
  • Assist customers in selecting diamonds, metals, and styles that fit their needs and budget.
  • Handle order processing, perform quality control checks, and prepare items for delivery.
  • Support operational tasks, including coordinating sales campaigns and follow-up communications.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
  2. Analyze customer requirements and make informed product recommendations.
  3. Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing losses.
  4. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized and detail-focused, with excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with fine jewelry and diamond customization an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills; training provided for our systems.

What We Offer:

Salary Range (Singapore): SGD $2,200 - $2,800 per month (depending on experience) + sales commission.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Retail Management, or similar fields is a plus.
  • Experience:
    Preferred: 1–3 years in retail, luxury, hospitality, or customer service.
    Entry-level candidates welcome if they have strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Skills:
    People skills & empathy.
    Attention to detail (especially for QC).
    Ability to multitask across sales and operations.
    Comfortable with tech (WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets, POS).
