We are seeking an energetic, patient, and kind individual to join our team as a Tech Experience Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with kids and technology.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for demonstrating cool gadgets, guiding parents through product features, and creating unforgettable moments for kids and families. They will also be required to work in a retail environment, assisting customers and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring products to life by showcasing their features and benefits to kids and families.
  • Be the go-to product expert, answering questions and explaining features in simple terms.
  • Create engaging demos and mini experiences that make learning fun.
  • Build connections with families by listening, engaging, and making them feel confident and special.
  • Support sales by helping families choose the right product without being pushy.
  • Participate in events and activities such as in-store promotions, kids' workshops, and product launch days.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a primary/secondary school education or higher.
  • They should have at least 1 year of experience in sales or related fields.
  • A friendly and upbeat personality is essential.
  • Candidates must enjoy working in a retail environment and be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required, with Mandarin being a plus.
