- Foreign Worker Matters
- This role involves assisting with foreign worker issues, including work pass applications, renewals, and housing, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- The selected candidate will oversee office cleanliness, manage pantry and stationery supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Personnel Administration
- Maintaining employee records and issuing privilege cards is a critical responsibility of this role.
- Preparing letters for confirmation, promotion, and other matters requires strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- HR Surveys and Employee Relations
- This position involves completing statutory board surveys as needed, addressing employee queries, and providing HR guidance to resolve issues efficiently.
- The selected candidate will handle routine employee issues in line with policies and regulations, documenting and tracking feedback on issue resolution.
- Staff Engagement
- Planning and executing staff activities and wellness programs is essential to promoting a positive work environment.
- Conducting outlet visits to engage staff and gather feedback is a key responsibility of this role.
- Qualifications
- A diploma in a related field or equivalent is required for this position.
- At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the F&B industry, is necessary to succeed in this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, along with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
