Senior HR Leader

The Senior HR Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's goals and objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate onboarding activities, and maintain recruitment-related trackers and reports.
  • Provide administrative support in performance and salary review processes, ensure timely submission of payroll inputs, and assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies.
  • Lead and coordinate People Opinion Survey (POS) process, support managers in handling employee grievances, handle managers' and employees' queries with professionalism, conduct exit interviews, and analyse trends for retention insights.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within non-profit or social service sector.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy and confidentiality in HR processes, good knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels, self-motivated, able to work independently, team-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and delivering results within tight timelines.
