The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR policy development, recruitment management, compensation administration, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from workforce planning to onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll administration, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct performance management cycles and support talent development plans.
  • Advise management on HR strategies that support organizational growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
