HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions, including payroll management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Manage timely and accurate submissions of all government claims and related matters.
  • Collaborate with business units to deliver daily HR operational services, continuously improving service delivery and handling complex issues independently.
  • Engage actively with stakeholders, including business leaders, line managers, and employees, to resolve employee relations matters, prepare HR statistics, and manage employee relations.
  • Lead and/or support ad-hoc HR projects/initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, Employee Income tax-related matters.
  • Proficiency in Infotech HRIS has an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask with a keen sense of responsibility in meeting deadlines.

Pleasant personality, ability to work well with people at all levels, detailed-oriented, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
