We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering high-quality IT services to our clients. With a strong background in IT and leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results-driven projects. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation Certification will be beneficial in implementing best practices in service management.

Responsibilities
As an IT Service Delivery Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Developing and implementing service improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and feedback.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
