Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of IT service delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of IT service delivery analysts.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance, and improvement strategies.
  • Establish and manage the weekly reporting of the Service Level Agreement.
  • Ensure the Service Level Agreement is met by the IT Service Delivery Team.
  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end testing activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Design and implement control risk testing frameworks and procedures.
  • Conduct regular control risk assessments and testing to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address and mitigate identified risks.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT service delivery team to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Monitor IT service delivery metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT service delivery-related inquiries and issues.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on IT service delivery performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and testing results.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on IT service delivery operations, testing outcomes, and risk assessments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A thorough understanding of IT service delivery processes and practices.
  • Knowledge of mainframe, COBOL, Java, and cloud architecture (AWS).
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations for resolution.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
