Service Delivery Operations Manager

Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Operations Manager to lead our application operations and process management functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service delivery, with a focus on application operations and process management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the application operations and process management functions, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including infrastructure and security teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all supported applications and infrastructure.
  • Prepare and present proposals to secure funding for service delivery operations.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in service delivery related to application operations and process management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Experience in managing heterogeneous computing environments or supporting complex IT solutions.
