Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy effective statistical control of processes to ensure stable and robust processing platforms.
  • Support process engineering continuous improvement projects and cost optimization initiatives to maintain production capacities and process capabilities.
  • Provide seamless handovers to/from day/night shift process sustaining members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in engineering or science, along with relevant experience in high-volume manufacturing semiconductor environments. You should be familiar with SPC and OCAP at an advanced level and possess fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills. Additionally, you must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
