Job Title: Process Engineering Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Manager to oversee the direction and management of a Process Engineering team. As a seasoned engineer, you will possess strong engineering and manufacturing expertise, with experience in leading teams and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Process Engineering team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Provide technical expertise and support to various functions, including Quality, Production, Innovation, and Maintenance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Electronics, or Materials Science engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and 2 years of experience managing a team
  • Six Sigma black belt certification is highly advantageous
  • Past experience in resolving development and manufacturing issues

  • You have excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and solving skills
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to work effectively and independently, with minimal supervision
