Plant Performance Optimization Engineer

    The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting plant performance in terms of process efficiency, energy consumption, and water quality. The role involves compiling and analyzing operation data to optimize plant performance.

  • Propose, implement, and maintain process optimization initiatives to improve plant efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance plant operations.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on strategic initiatives to improve operational excellence and reduce costs.

    This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, combined with at least three years of relevant experience, is required for this position. Experience in SCADA/PLC control operations and knowledge of energy management principles would be advantageous.
