Job Description:

The Process Improvement Professional plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across various departments. Focusing on process enhancement initiatives, this specialist aims to boost efficiency, safety, compliance, quality, and sustainability.

This individual will identify areas for improvement, design and lead projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Additionally, they will develop and implement training systems that align employee development with operational needs, standards, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to minimize waste, enhance safety, optimize processes, and elevate quality.
  • Analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement monitoring systems to track progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess systems and drive performance-enhancing improvements.
  • Develop and apply CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving) while fostering a culture of operational excellence and employee engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management from a reputable university.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Oil/Petrochemicals with at least 2 years in operational excellence-related roles.
  • Possess Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
