Business Analyst Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support process improvement and controls within our global securities operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze front-to-back settlement processes across multiple asset classes and markets, identifying gaps and risks.
- Review, document, and optimize securities settlement processes across Equities, Fixed Income, Securities Borrowing & Lending, and Prime Brokerage.
- Identify control gaps, operational risks, and areas for automation; propose and implement process improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to gather requirements, run workshops, and translate needs into business requirement documents, user stories, and test cases.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including development of test plans, scripts, and results validation.
- Conduct data analysis and trace transactions across multiple systems to identify root causes of breaks or inefficiencies.
- Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory requirements and internal control standards while safeguarding client assets.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities. Strong proficiency in Excel is also required.
