Operational Excellence Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational performance by identifying areas of inefficiency and implementing process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process enhancements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improve overall performance.
  • Support automation and digitalization initiatives using tools like Python or Power BI.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with coding/automation tools preferred.
  • Stable work history valued.
