Commercial Agency Manager

This is a high-level commercial leadership position that involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of our agency operations and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations across managed vessels.
- Support senior management in reviewing and maintaining compliance with management agreements, ensuring alignment with operational and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Technical, Operations, and Finance to gather accurate and timely data for commercial reporting and billing.
- Liaise with clients and owners, supporting relationship management and follow-ups on commercial matters.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation, filing, and tracking of all commercial matters related to agency services and vessel operations.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by senior commercial management, contributing insights drawn from operational exposure.
Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of working experience in ship agency operations or maritime logistics
- Strong understanding of port operations and commercial procedures within ship management or ship agency contexts
Negotiation skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
