**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reports**:

- Prepare and deliver monthly reports for COC/SOC services, analyzing market trends, and providing updates to the Reporting Manager.
- **Daily Operations Management**:

- Work closely with Customer Service and other internal stakeholders such as local operations, transshipment, documentation teams, and headquarters (Trades & Group Commercial and Agency Management - Agency Network Management).
- **Sales and Growth**:

- Achieve sales targets and grow sales accounts throughout our networks.
- Assist in formulating marketing and pricing strategies, negotiating freight rates, maximizing vessel utilization, and managing cargo volumes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide effective commercial recommendations based on market intelligence.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, being a proactive and persuasive communicator.
- Identify potential new clients through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals.
- Develop opportunities with current and new clients through strategic outreach and proposals.
- **Opportunity Development**:

- Instead of cold-calling, identify potential clients and develop engagement strategies to grow business opportunities.
- **Ad-hoc Duties**:

- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

**Leadership Responsibilities**:

- Regularly update the team on progress toward sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Make informed and timely decisions to address issues and capitalize on business opportunities.

**MUST HAVE**:

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau.
- At least 5 years of experience in the shipping industry.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
