**Responsibilities**
- Managing legal risks and contractual negotiations in NV’s contracts with its top customers
- Advocating in favor of NV in the interpretation and implementation of contractual clauses in NV’s contracts with top customers
- Managing and controlling commercial, regulatory and legal risks in NV New Business Units through the systematic implementation of legal templates and processes
- Driving compliance with legal processes (such as contracting) through training, stakeholder management and audits;
- Business partnering to group-level commercial teams.
- Work closely with the Regional General Counsel on (i) the identification, prioritization and treatment of material contract risks; and (ii) the design and implementation of legal processes

**Requirements**:

- Law degree in a common law jurisdiction and Admission to the Bar in a common law jurisdiction.
- Min. 8 years or more legal work experience with 3 years or more experience drafting, negotiating and managing complex multi-country services agreements
- Legal work experience in logistics, transportation or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
- Strong ability to communicate in English
- Some travel in Southeast Asia and to China is expected
