About the Role
The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders to manage procurement activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage quotations and tendering processes, including specification preparation and award of contracts.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers to secure optimal prices, delivery times, and quality for our projects.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure adherence to guidelines throughout the procurement process.
  • Oversee tactical purchases, PO processing, contract management, and other administrative tasks.
  • Analyze purchasing reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
  • Foster strong relationships with peers and supervisors to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma with a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Organized, meticulous, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple competing priorities.
