Talent Acquisition Specialists are sought after to join a dynamic team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various business demands.
- Talent Acquisition Specialists will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts hiring best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Build Pipelines: Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals, and cold-calling for multiple complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
- Develop Business Understanding: Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g., Agencies).
- Own Sourcing Strategies: Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g., Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (i.e., Boolean, LinkedIn, and other alternative sourcing techniques).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
Preferred Qualification:
- At least three years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment for tech industry (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
