As a Property Officer at M+S PTE LTD, your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily inspections for building defects, cleanliness of premises, and performance of security personnel
- Identifying and recording building defects and following up with contractors on rectifications
- Supervising contractors in carrying out maintenance or improvement works
- Attending to tenants' queries and feedback
- Carrying out daily inspections of tenants' fitting-out to ensure compliance with house rules
You will also be part of the CERT Team and be responsible for preparing incident reports for building incidents. Additionally, you will manage the Fire Command Centre and assist in fire drill duties.
Your Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Property Officer who has a strong background in building operations or property management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and preferably experience in workplace safety and handling emergency situations. You should also be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
