Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive disbursement and renewals with existing clients.

The successful candidate will manage repayments with existing clients and their trade partners, coordinate with the collection team for successful collection of late repayments, and drive renewals of facilities with existing clients.

In addition, you will generate new business opportunities through referrals from existing clients or owned networks, set up processes and systems to simplify disbursement and repayment processes, and manage client support teams to execute disbursement/repayment/support requirements.

Your success will be measured by your ability to grow our business, foster strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Around 3 years+ experience in account management in the financial industry.
  • Familiarity with trade financing products.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to conduct due diligence on SME clients and process disbursements on a daily basis.
