Physiotherapist Job Description

The Physiotherapist role is a key position in our multidisciplinary team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of new rehabilitation models.

  • Influence and shape a new model of care: more effective, engaging, and fun.
  • Be part of the management team overseeing client care with direct responsibility for rehabilitation services.
  • Ambitious program aimed at developing best practice in client care.
Responsibilities
  • Assess, evaluate, and identify client rehabilitation needs.
  • Provide necessary treatments and advise clients accordingly.
  • Formulate and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to facilitate improvement or maintenance of movement/function.
  • Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized care plans for each client from admission to discharge planning.
  • Evaluate and monitor client progress regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH regulations in service performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council.
  • Must be a fully registered therapist with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council.
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in community care settings.
