Senior Occupational Therapist

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering rehabilitation care services to residents of a Nursing Home.

Working closely with residents, your primary objective is to enhance their ability to perform daily living activities, work, and leisure tasks.

This entails conducting thorough assessments to identify residents' rehabilitation needs, setting realistic goals, and implementing individualized occupational therapy programs to facilitate or maintain their abilities.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand residents' rehabilitation needs and develop tailored treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and effective communication with residents, family members, and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to prescribe assistive devices that improve residents' functionality in daily living activities.
