About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Guest Service professional to deliver outstanding customer experiences at a resort in Sentosa. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous services to guests, responding efficiently and tactfully to their complaints and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to provide seamless services to guests and respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints.
- Liaise effectively with Concierge, Reception and Front Office staff on guest arrivals and departures.
- Establish strong relationships with house guests and long-staying guests, providing assistance when necessary.
- Maintain regular contact with guests via courtesy calls.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of promotional materials for daily operations.
- Provide efficient and courteous services in baggage handling, transportation, and general inquiries.
Requirements:
- O-Level or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts is essential.
- Ability to travel to Sentosa as required is necessary.
- A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience in hospitality and knowledge of hotel operations will be advantageous.
