
Business Stakeholder Manager

As a Stakeholders Management professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department's objectives by ensuring timely communication with donors and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include engaging and coordinating with appointed third-party fundraisers, supporting fundraising operations and initiatives, and tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engage and coordinate with appointed third-party fundraisers to enhance donor engagement and retention.
- Support fundraising operations and initiatives by providing exceptional service to donors and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management strategies.
Effective communication with donors is critical to building strong relationships and securing donations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage communication with donors through various channels, ensuring that all interactions are timely, professional, and tailored to their specific needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage communication with donors through phone, email, or other channels to ensure timely responses and follow-up.
- Follow up with donors who have experienced failed transactions to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Proactively engage existing donors to explore opportunities for increased giving and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Build relationships with walk-in/call-in donors to enhance donor retention and encourage repeat donations.
Accurate and timely data management is essential to effective stakeholder management. Your primary responsibility will be to perform daily and weekly reconciliation of donations, conduct data cleansing and validation, and upload data into our internal CRM system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform daily and weekly reconciliation of donations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct data cleansing, validation, and uploading into our internal CRM system to maintain high-quality data.
- Generate accurate and timely monthly reports to inform stakeholders about donation activity and trends.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also provide administrative and operational support to the department when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform donation data entry and ensure accurate information records in our CRM database.
- Maintain filing and documentation of department folders to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the department as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in handling calls, data, and CRM systems beneficial.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and data management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Proficient in working within SOPs and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage donors and stakeholders professionally.
