About the Role:
- This is a skilled position that entails managing public relations and communications to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies, managing stakeholder expectations, and providing timely updates on project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Public Relations Management: Coordinate public relations activities to safeguard and enhance the project's image and reputation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local residents, community groups, and other interested parties.
- Communication Planning: Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any potential impacts.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruption to the project.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on project progress and any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum three years' experience in a public relations role, preferably in the construction industry.
- A proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
