**[What the role is]**

The Senior/ Manager (External Stakeholder Engagement) of the Strategy & Business Transformation Division will be responsible for coordinating HSA’s efforts to engage with external stakeholders on strategic topics, ensuring alignment with CEO's office and organizational objectives. This role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive engagement strategy, managing communications, and facilitating feedback mechanisms to enhance relationships with external stakeholders.

**[What you will be working on]**

**Strategic Engagement Planning**
- Work closely with the CEO's office, HSA Professional Groups, and other relevant departments to ensure a unified approach to external stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HSA Professional Groups) to develop strategies and plans for external stakeholder engagement.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO's office and relevant stakeholders on engagement activities and outcomes.

**Topic Prioritization and Coordination**
- Identify and prioritize key topics for engagement beyond the 5-year strategic plan, annual business plan, and transformation projects.
- Organize and facilitate HSA-level meetings with external stakeholders, addressing strategic topics and fostering collaboration.
- Facilitate key partnership initiatives, such as MOU signing, to formalize collaborations and enhance strategic alignment.

**Communication and Relationship Building**
- Develop and implement a regular communication strategy for external stakeholders, including newsletters, updates, and partnership activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support organizational objectives.

**Feedback Collection and Monitoring**
- Propose initiatives to enhance stakeholder engagement and feedback mechanisms, aligning with the evolving needs of customers and stakeholders.
- Create dashboards to monitor and track feedback, ensuring timely follow-up on issues raised by stakeholders.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, public relations, or communications, preferably within a corporate or governmental environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze feedback data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
