The opportunity

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced individual to join our team to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include developing and managing dashboards to track sales performance, providing analytical insights, and preparing department reports for management reporting. Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct regular deep-dive analysis and consolidate branch performance reviews on manpower, production, and compliance. They will also conduct research, identify areas of inefficiencies, and map out areas for improvement and identify opportunities for automation. Furthermore, the Assistant Manager will manage user access rights for systems and necessary administration work, cultivate and maintain strong relationships to ensure a deep understanding of the needs and aligning solutions accordingly. They will collaborate with stakeholders to drive key company initiatives such as digital tools adoption, leads allocation and dissemination, and ultimately conversion to sales. The Assistant Manager will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information. They will identify opportunities for streamlining administrative processes and implement efficient solutions to enhance departmental productivity. Finally, the Assistant Manager will ensure organizational adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate with 4 years and above of relevant working experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field is required. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an agency or similar environment, is also necessary. Knowledge of insurance and industry regulations is a must. Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail are required. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools would be an added advantage. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is essential.
