Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development professional to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting audits, and developing training materials to enhance employee performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our employees and organization.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to identify training needs and develop individual store incharge development plans.
  • Provide coaching and support to trainees before, during, and after training sessions.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to develop a pool of talent in succession planning for each position.
  • Manage training budgets and liaise with government agencies on training incentives.
Requirements
  • WSQ Diploma in Learning and Development or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Learning and Development.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and training delivery.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
