AURORA SERVICES HUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic professional to drive our sponsorship initiatives and cultivate strategic partnerships.

In this role, you will develop and execute sponsorship strategies to enhance our physical and online seminar events, generate revenue, and elevate our brand presence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling sponsorship packages and build lasting relationships with sponsors and partners.


Key Responsibilities:

Sponsorship Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement innovative sponsorship strategies and partnership programs aligned with company goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential sponsors and partners.


Proposal & Package Creation:

  • Develop tailored sponsorship packages and proposals that clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits for partners.


Negotiation & Deal Closure:

  • Lead negotiations with sponsors and partners, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to contractual obligations.


Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the event planning, marketing, and operations teams to integrate sponsorship elements seamlessly into event strategies.


Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maximize value.


Event Representation:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network, promote our events, and secure sponsorship opportunities.
